Who we are

We are qualified, experienced therapists with a strong background in supporting individuals through stress, loss, and major life transitions. Our approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and tailored to meet each person’s unique needs.

Drawing from a range of therapeutic frameworks—including mindfulness-based techniques, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma-informed approaches, and somatic experiencing—we help clients manage emotional challenges, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Our aim is to reduce distress, foster emotional insight, and support clients in navigating difficult circumstances with strength and self-awareness.

Flavia practiced law for five years before pursuing a degree in psychology and becoming a qualified psychologist. Her firsthand experience in the legal field gives her a deep understanding of the emotional toll legal proceedings can take, as well as the complex challenges individuals often face during these processes. This unique perspective informs our therapeutic approach, allowing us to support clients with empathy, insight, and practical awareness.

Meet the Team

  • Before becoming a psychologist, I practiced law for five years in São Paulo, Brazil. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the emotional and practical challenges people face during complex legal and life transitions.

I am a BACP-registered psychotherapist and a certified Mental Health First Aider, with a degree in Psychology and specialist training in Bioenergetics—a somatic therapy based on the work of Wilhelm Reich.

My approach combines body-oriented therapy with mindset work, offering a safe and compassionate space to help you better understand yourself and cultivate greater emotional flow, resilience, and joy in your life.

I integrate somatic psychotherapy with mindfulness, breathwork, active imagination, and selected techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This holistic approach is designed to empower you and help release patterns that no longer serve you.

In addition to my counselling practice, I have worked in the public and charity sectors. I spent four years in Public Health at East Sussex County Council, delivering a workplace wellbeing programme, and two years with Mind, the UK mental health charity, promoting employee wellbeing.

  • I’m a registered Integrative Counsellor with over 10 years’ experience supporting individuals through anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem. I am trained in trauma-informed therapy and take a holistic approach, considering both emotional and physical well-being while working collaboratively to meet each client’s unique needs.

My therapeutic approach draws on a range of evidence-based techniques, including Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), visualisation, and breathing techniques. I tailor these methods to best support each individual, helping them build resilience, develop practical coping strategies, and gain greater self-awareness.

With a background in Art Therapy and a long-standing personal practice in mindfulness, I aim to provide a calm, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and equipped to manage life's challenges.

I also have a strong interest in psychology and human development, and I adapt my work to support clients in moving forward with clarity, confidence, and emotional strength. My goal is to help you reconnect with your internal resources and navigate difficulties in a way that feels constructive and sustainable.

I look forward to supporting you in whatever stage of the process you're in.
